whats wrong with this picture? the garden is fenced in. there shouldnt be a way for the tortoise to have gotten in. yet theres a tortoise in my garden!

the dogs would barely be able to fit their heads thru the holes. and if their heads were caught somewhere, they'd RIP their way out. they've crashed thru the fence often enough to damage it. not to mention they dont chew things into teeny tiny little bits like that. if they wanted something in the garden bad enough, they can BOTH simply jump the garden fence. i just replaced this whole damn fence! and within the first year it gets holes nibbled thru it! this looks about bunny height and bunny size. but i didnt have any bunny damage to any of my garden crops. so i dont know whats going on. just that now i have more work to do to repair and prevent more damage.
