nasturtiums and canterbury bells

nasturtiums did really wonderful this year in the garden. they help shade the roots of the peas, which lets them stay alive a little longer once the heat hits.

the nasturtiums there didnt do well either. this site just gets so hot and so dry.

the tortoise makes a mess, knocking dirt out of all the bins as she crawls around.
