back on august 26 i made zucchini fries. peel and core
cut into little fry size pieces. the skinnier the better!

it was meh. even with the seasonings it didnt have much flavor. skinnier diameter is better. finger sized diameter is too fat/mushy in the middle. thinner=crispier=better.
