the bottom bean is a normal sized green bean. the upper bean is the ginormous oversized one. it makes the normal one look teeny, but its not.

the tomato plants in wimpy cages that fell over. i tried to prop them back up, but the cages were so bent.


so i pulled the old wimpy cages off and put new strong cages in. which is NOT easy to do on full grown tomato plants with lots of (cherry) tomatoes already growing.

my biggest watermelon


second biggest melon. watermelon are very challenging to grow in minnesotas short growing season.

i had to do some repair. the pole beans managed to weigh down the trellis so much it fell.
