as soon as the heads formed they all fell over
the solution is to tie them up to the fence
cant tie too many stalks together or the weight pulls the twine apart.
looking much better standing upright (and still growing!)
the tallest one measured 10 feet. i brought out my tape measure, i couldnt believe how tall it got. these two varieties are only supposed to get to 6 feet tall.
as the heads developed and got even heavier, they had a harder time staying upright even with being tied.
